By creating an account or using Klnn, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Klnn. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Klnn.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Klnn. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

You may not use Klnn if you have previously been banned or are barred by applicable law.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose risk to the community.

You retain ownership of the content you publish on Klnn. By publishing, you grant Klnn a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, promote, and improve the platform.

You are solely responsible for your content. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish it and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

You may not publish content that is illegal, infringes intellectual property, depicts minors in a sexual context, promotes violence or hate, or violates the privacy of others. You may not impersonate, harass, spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the platform.

Klnn reserves the right to remove content and terminate accounts that breach these rules, with or without notice.

Fans may subscribe to creators, unlock pay-per-view content, send tips, and pay for direct messages. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or at Klnn's sole discretion.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Creators earn a percentage of the revenue generated on their account, after Klnn's platform fee and payment processing fees. Current fee terms are described in your creator dashboard and may be updated with notice.

Payouts are processed by our payment partner and subject to its terms, including identity verification, tax reporting, and minimum payout thresholds.

You are responsible for any taxes owed on income earned through Klnn. We may collect tax information and issue tax documents where required by law.

Klnn, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these terms.

You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these terms, suspected fraud, legal risk, or conduct that harms the community.

On termination, your right to use Klnn ends immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, indemnity, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

Klnn is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klnn will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Klnn will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Klnn in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Klnn and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klnn is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law grants you the right to bring claims locally.

We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we'll notify you by email or in-product before they take effect. Continued use of Klnn after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
